Our courses are digital products that provide immediate access to learning materials, live sessions, and exclusive content. As such, refunds are generally not applicable. However, to ensure a customer-friendly approach, we allow refunds under specific conditions, as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of course registration.

  • You have not moved beyond Module 2 of the course.

  • You provide a valid reason for requesting a refund, such as course content not meeting your expectations or technical issues preventing access.

 

If you have accessed Module 3 or beyond, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Raise a Refund Request

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@intliri.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name].

  2. Include your registered email ID, phone number, and payment details.

  3. Mention the reason for the refund request along with any supporting details.

  4. Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process it within 14 days, if eligible.

  5. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during enrollment.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

​

  • Refunds will not be issued if you have already accessed Module 3 or further.

  • Refunds will not be issued for partial completion of the course.

  • Requests made beyond 7 days from the date of registration will not be entertained.

  • Processing fees, taxes, or third-party transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • We do not offer refunds on promotional or discounted enrollments.

 

5. Global Applicability

This refund policy applies to all students, irrespective of their geographical location. Refunds will be processed in the same currency used during the payment.

 

6. Policy Updates​

Intliri Academy reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.

  • By enrolling in our courses, you agree to this refund policy.
